IntelliH strongly believes in providing a best-in-class solution to our Healthcare customers and this certification is our testimony towards this commitment.
The SOC 2 report was prepared and issued by an independent CPA firm, Prescient Assurance who provided an opinion in the controls in place for data security and availability trust services categories.
The description is intended to provide report users with information about IntelliH, Inc.’ssystem that may be useful when assessing the risks arising from interactions with IntelliH, Inc.’ssystem, particularly information about system controls that IntelliH, Inc. has designed andimplemented to provide reasonable assurance that its service commitments and system requirementswere achieved based on the trust services criteria relevant to Security set forth in TSP 100, 2017 Trust
Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, and Privacy.We have also implemented the necessary controls to comply with the HIPAA Security, Privacy, andBreachNotification Rules.
